I am Ilona and Stott Pilates® certified instructor.

I completed an intensive training course to become a Pilates instructor at Real Pilates in Dubai.

The Stott Pilates® method is a training method that differs from other Pilates training programs.

Stott Pilates® is recognised worldwide and that is also the main reason why I chose this method.

At the moment I still regularly attend workshops and Pilates-related courses at K'Dans in The Hague.

I like to do this to continue developing myself.
