Stott Pilates®
group lessons:
I work with blocks. A block lasts 10 to 12 weeks.
Missed lessons can be made up on another day. You are responsible for keeping track of this yourself.
The lessons last 55 minutes and the groups consist of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 people online and in the studio.
in Tangier max.9 for the mat classes & 4 people for the reformer classes.
Important:
Group classes aren't the ideal way to experience Pilates if you have severe back or neck pain, or other physical ailments. A personalized program and guidance are essential to provide you with a safe, effective workout that will yield rapid results.
If you're pregnant and new to Pilates, it's important to create a personalized program together with any necessary adjustments. You might also consider joining a group class, provided there isn't a separate pregnancy group available.
Private lessons:
During a private lesson, we'll look at your body type and any ailments you might have. We'll create a program specifically tailored to your body type. We'll focus on which muscles need strengthening and which ones need more stretching, so your body regains its balance.
A private lesson lasts one hour.
Combination: 1 hour private lesson together with a 20 min. introductory lesson.
You then only pay for the private lesson.
Sometimes it can be helpful to book one or two private lessons, even if you're attending a group class. Especially after an injury or rehabilitation, you might need a little more attention for certain exercises.
You can also book a duo private lesson, so with 2 people.
