Xtend Barre lessons are unique, challenging and a super nice change on the mat lessons. You work in the lesson with the Pilates Stick.
This offers even more exercises and possibilities than with a mat lesson. In addition, the pilates stick feedback, supports you with certain exercises and with other exercises it gives you even more challenge. Participants' reactions are often that they feel the exercise deeper and that the exercises can be performed with more control and precision.
You have to learn this way of moving, just like with Pilates. How far do you have to stand, how much power is needed and from where you get that power. But once it feels like it is super to work with the pilates stick!
