Even men do Pilates.


It is not just for women. Everyone needs a strong 'core'! For men there is enough challenge to find in the mat lessons, but the Xtend barre lessons are certainly an extra challenge! You strengthen the stability muscles, it makes you more flexible and stronger.

Pilates is the basis of all other sports. Whether you ride a bicycle, run marathons or swim a lot. If the deeper layer of muscles is not well developed, you can suffer from your eg back or shoulders if you sit on your bike for a long time.


The reactions of most men is: so ... that is something different than I expected, much heavier and harder. Give it a try!
