It's really not just for women.

Everyone needs a strong core! Men find plenty of challenge in mat classes, but the Xtend barre classes are definitely an extra challenge!

You strengthen your stability muscles, it makes you more flexible and stronger.

Pilates is the foundation of all other sports, whether you cycle, run marathons, or swim a lot. If the deeper layers of muscles aren't properly developed, you may experience problems with your back or shoulders, for example, if you spend long periods of time on your bike.

The reaction of most men is: Wow...that's different from what I expected, much harder and more difficult.
