Mat group lessons
Conscious movement from a strong foundations.
Mat Pilates according to the STOTT PILATES® method is a modern, anatomically sound form of Pilates. You train using your own body weight and work specifically on strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness.
The emphasis is on good posture, control, and precision. By paying attention to your breathing, posture, and alignment, among other things, you learn to move your body more consciously and efficiently.
The classes are suitable for various levels and are tailored to your body and experience. We sometimes use small aids such as balls, rings, and resistance bands to make exercises more challenging or to provide support.
The result? Pain-free movement with a stronger, more stable, and more aware body.
Group size : maximum 9 people
Duration: 60 minutes
Location: Tangier
Reformer Pilates
Power, control and precision
Reformer Pilates builds upon the principles of Pilates but utilizes a special apparatus with springs, straps, and a moving platform. This allows you to support, deepen, or make exercises extra challenging.
The reformer offers many possibilities to work specifically on strength, stability, mobility, balance, and body control. Due to the resistance and the moving platform, your body experiences the exercises differently than in Mat Pilates.
Mat and Reformer Pilates share the same foundation and complement each other well. Both are taught according to the STOTT PILATES® method.
A versatile workout that challenges and supports you, exactly where your body needs it.
Group size: maximum 4 people
Duration: 50 minutes
Location: Tangier

Essentrics® is a dynamic full-body workout set to music that combines strength, flexibility, and mobility.
The fluid movements are inspired by ballet, tai chi, yoga, and physiotherapy. You use only your own body weight.
The method helps improve posture, mobility, and freedom of movement and can contribute to reducing tension and stiffness.

Online Pilates
Together, live and flexible
When we moved abroad years ago, I thought my Pilates classes would stop as well. Until a participant said: “We’re not stopping, we’re just continuing online.” To be honest, I thought: that will never work. But eight years later, I am still teaching live online Pilates classes five times a week to a regular group of participants. And it works!
You take the mat class together with others, making it much more personal and motivating than watching a video alone at home. I can see everyone clearly, which allows me to correct and guide very specifically. The only thing I can't do online is literally touch you.
Are you traveling or unable to attend on location? Then you can also follow the lesson from home, live or at another time.
Group size: maximum 12 people
Duration: 60 minutes
Location: can be followed on location or at home

Summer lessons on the beach
With your feet in the sand and the sun on your face
During the summer, we move the Pilates classes to the beach. It is a great way to exercise outdoors , strengthen your body, and simultaneously enjoy the space and fresh sea air.
The classes are accessible and tailored to different levels. Expect a combination of strength, control, balance, and, of course, the pleasant atmosphere of an outdoor Pilates class.
Group size: maximum 15 people
Duration: 60 minutes
Location: beach near the radar tower, Cadzand-Bad
Pregnant or postpartum
Pilates for every stage of motherhood
Are you pregnant or have you recently given birth? In both cases, Pilates is a great way to stay fit. Strengthening the deeper back muscles, along with the lower abdominal muscles, significantly reduces the risk of back and pelvic pain.
Naturally, we strengthen the entire body, because the arms and legs must also remain strong. Continuing to do Pilates can contribute to a faster recovery after childbirth and reduces the risk of urinary incontinence. You will notice that you regain control of your abdomen, pelvis, and lower back more quickly.
After a natural birth, you can gently start Pilates after about 4 to 6 weeks. After a Caesarean delivery, you can join after about 6-8 weeks. Of course, always in consultation with your doctor.

Private lessons
Fully tailored to you
Do you need personal guidance? Or are you recovering from surgery or childbirth, or do you have physical complaints? During a private lesson, we work one-on-one on what your body needs at that moment.
The exercises and intensity are fully tailored to your situation and level. This way, you work on strength, posture, mobility, and confidence in your body in a safe and conscious manner!
Private lessons can also be a great intermediate step towards a group class. With personal guidance, you rebuild strength and confidence step by step, so that you can progress to a group class at your own pace.
